When Cliff returned to Canada, he worked for Transport Canada as a firefighter until his retirement.
During this time, Cliff married and adopted two children.
He enjoyed watching hockey, especially the Toronto Maple Leafs, but did not enjoy listening to the commentators.
Cliff travelled to Texas in the winter months to enjoy the sunshine he loved so much. He also enjoyed camping, dancing, and country music.
Cliff leaves to mourn his wife, June; son, Michael (Michelle); daughter, Kim (Serge); and grandson, Logan.
He also is survived by his brother, Jerry (Shirley); sister-in-law, Lenaya; niece, Debbie; nephew, Brad; as well as many other nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers.
He was predeceased by his mother, Florence; father, Robert; brothers, Robert and Leonard; and numerous other family members.
