It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Carol Bruyere after a courageous battle with cancer on September 5, 2022.
Carol was born in Fort Frances to Harold and Nora Klyne on April 1, 1961. Carol’s childhood was spent in the East end with the crew and on rainy Lake at the family cabin.
In 1990, Carol and Keith welcomed their daughter Danielle on March 28, 1990. Carol loved being a mother, Danielle was her pride and joy.
On September 20, 2015, Carol was blessed with her beautiful baby grandson, Connor Michael. Being a grandmother was her favourite calling in life, Connor was the light of her life and spent every moment with him. The bond they shared was unbreakable.
Carol is predeceased by her mother Nora Klyne; her father Harold Klyne; her beautiful sister Luanne; and her brother Harold Klyne; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews.
Carol is survived by her daughter Danielle Bruyere; her grandson Connor Calder; her husband Keith Bruyere; her brother Earl Klyne (Dorothy Friday); and many nephews, and nieces who she loved so dearly.
A private family service will be held in Carol’s memory.
