The family of Bruce Hyatt are saddened to announce his peaceful passing on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Pinecrest Home, with family at his side.
He joins his parents, Jessie and John; six sisters, Irene Dorosh, Pheme Larsen, Edith Jeffrey, Georgina Halverson, Nellie Primrose, and Lucy Peltonen; and three brothers, Bob, Wilbur and Garnet.
Bruce is survived by his sister, Madeline (Maddy) Gilbertson; special niece, Roberta Brannan; two grandchildren, Amanda and Megan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bruce resided in Truro, N.S. for many years before his failing health made it necessary to move closer to his family.
Pinecrest Home has been his home for the past 10 months.
Cremation has taken place, and he will be buried with his parents in the Box Alder Cemetery in Devlin, Ont.
