BLANCHE PEARL MORNEAU

Blanche Morneau, 88, of Fort Frances, Ont., passed away peacefully Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013 at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances with her family by her side.
Blanche was born Dec. 15, 1924 to Samuel and Bernadette (nee Deslaurier) Fyle in Flanders, Ont.
She was united in marriage to Joseph Alfred Morneau and raised seven children.
Mom was her children’s number-one fan; she was always available and willing to help in our homes, and with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She loved her family unconditionally, and stood by our sides through all our triumphs and struggles.
Blanche was predeceased by husband, Joe; daughter, Jo-Ann; son, David; grandson, Troy; and her brothers and sisters.
Blanche leaves to mourn her children, Jim (Diane) Morneau, Fay Bombay (Peter Bruyere), Gail (Les) Johnson, Duane (Angela) Morneau, and Fawn (Joe) Bobczynski; and her precious grandchildren, Dawn, Joy, Chris, Stefan, Adam, Ryan, Jennifer, Brent, and Kevin and their families.
Also surviving are her many nieces and nephews; and close family friend, Robert Bombay.
As per Blanche’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside burial will be held at a later date.
