It is with great sadness that the family of Bernhardt (Ben) Blattner announces his passing on Aug. 25, 2015 at the Golden Prairie Nursing Home, Indian Head, SK at the age of 78 years.
Ben is survived by his wife, Helen; sons, Ron (Shannon, Laura), Lavern (Leona, Derek, Chelsey), and Darren (April, Jonathon, James); daughter, Jacqlyn (Robin, Jessica, Justin); sister, Betty-Ann (Kelly Sprague) Goulet; and several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
The funeral mass was celebrated in St. Joseph R.C. Church, Indian Head, SK on Friday, Aug. 28, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. by Rev. George Thattuparampil.
Interment of cremated remains will be held at a later date.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations in Ben’s name be made to a charity of one’s choice.
