Benjamin Willard van Drunen of Devlin Ontario passed away suddenly on April 21, 2015 at LaVerendrye Hospital in Fort Frances ON.
Ben was born July 18, 1945 in Fort Frances, Ontario to Parents; Grace Lavina (Fultz) and Peter Jacaminus van Drunen.
Ben married the Love of his life, Constance (Connie) Simmons on January 11, 2002.
Ben will be forever remembered and missed by his wife Connie, their children; Bill van Drunen, Becca van Drunen, Paul Carrier (Jody), John Carrier (Aynsley), Kyle Carrier (Tracy), and Todd Carrier (Genevieve) Javier.
Brother; Robert Leonard van Drunen (Phyllis), Sister; Lois Cooper, Sisters-in-law; Phyllis van Drunen, Liana Brown (Dick Byrnes), Cheryl (Bruce) Masson, Brothers-in-law; Grant Simmons, Guy (Lois) Simmons, Miles Brown, Twelve Grandchildren, Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Ben was predeceased by his Parents and Grandparents, Brothers; Cornelius Wesley (Sophie), Albert James (Alma) and Thomas Peter. Brother-in-law; Harold Brown, Sisters-in-law; Carmen Simmons and Teresa Brown.
A Celebration of Ben’s Life was held at the Devlin Community Hall in Devlin, Ontario on Saturday April 25th, 2015 at 2:00pm.
