Peacefully, on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007 at her residence in Barwick, Ont., Barbara G. Forbes (nee Barron) passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Marjorie (nee Webb) and Harold Barron; and brother, Robert Barron.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Cory; and sons, Jim, Delbert, Bill, Ron, Sheldon, Gene, Greg, and Brad, and daughter, Anne Winters, and their spouses.
She will be greatly missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Barbara also is survived by brothers, Kenneth (Lois), Bruce (Blanche), Gerald (Carolyn), Allan (Marianne), and Bill Berry (Chris); sisters, Elaine Barten and Ruth Stewart (Bob); and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of Barbara’s life was held Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007 at 2 p.m. from the Barwick Community Church in Barwick, with Pastor Leslie Abbott officiating.
Interment in Barwick Cemetery in Chapple Township.
