BARBARA COUSINEAU (FORRESTER)

Sadly, Barb Cousineau (Forrester) passed away Monday, May 4, 2015 at the Peter D. Clark LTC in Ottawa, Ont.
She was born Jan. 17, 1948.
Barb originally moved to Fort Frances, Ont. in 1969, where she began her teaching career with the Rainy River School Board and taught until she retired in 2000. She was an active community member.
Barb left Fort Frances in 2011 to be closer to her sister.
She was predeceased by Bernard Cousineau and Scott Forrester.
Barb is survived by her granddaughter, Taylor Forrester (Thunder Bay, Ont.); sister, Brenda Heath and husband, Gordon (Ottawa, Ont.); niece, Kristin Sim and husband, Ryan (Ajax, Ont.); nephew, Brad Heath and great-niece, Lianne Heath (Ottawa, Ont.); and great-nephews, Elliot and Jacob Sim (Ajax, Ont.)
She also is survived by Bernard’s children and grandchildren.
Barb will be remembered for her big heart, her beautiful smile, and kindness.
A memorial service will be held Friday, June 26, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Knox United Church in Fort Frances.
In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or Knox Renewal Fund would be appreciated.
