BARBARA A. ANDERSON

Barbara A. Anderson, 74, of International Falls, Mn., passed away Thursday, Jan. 19, 2006 at the Falls Good Samaritan Center.
Barbara was born March 29, 1931 in Tacoma, Wash. She moved to Birchdale, Mn. in 1946 and was a graduate from Indus High School. In 1962, she moved to International Falls and has been a resident there ever since.
On Nov. 30, 1950, the former Barbara Bennett was united in marriage to Ernest R. Anderson in Birchdale.
Barbara was a homemaker, and enjoyed reading, writing, card-playing, and spending time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She especially enjoyed family gatherings.
Barbara had a very strong and deep religious faith.
She was predeceased by her parents, Merle and Mildred (Slauson) Bennett; brother, Jack; and her beloved husband, Ernest, who passed away in 1995.
Barbara is survived by her children, Rob Anderson of Ft. Pierce, Fla., Ken (Brandy) Anderson of Spanaway, Wash., Jeanne (Wendell) Stevens of Fort Frances, Ont.; and Mary (Bob) Jones of Riviera Beach, Fla.; and her beloved grandchildren, Tracy (Jay) Webb, Krissi (Shawn) Morrison, Bradley Eisenzoph, Joshua Stevens, Kristina and Cody Webb, Chelsea Mosley, and Kassidy Morrison.
She also is survived by her sister-in-law, Shirley Bennett of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Jan. 23, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the Mission Covenant Church in International falls, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in the Birchdale Cemetery in Birchdale.
The family would prefer in memoriam donations to the Falls Good Samaritan Center or the charity of your choice.
