One of Anne’s favourite places was Hawaii and she travelled there often in her younger years. A Blue Hawaii was her cocktail of choice.
Another meaningful trip she made was to her birthplace Cooks Creek. She was able to visit the Grotto that was built by the congregation of her church while she was a member there.
Anne was a feisty independent person “Period”. She spent many happy hours with her friend Mary. She was also an excellent cook and traditional Ukrainian dishes were among her specialties when family gathered.
