Andy Lepinsky, 81, of Arnprior, Ont., and formerly of Fort Frances, Ont., passed away at the Providence Alaska Medical Centre in Anchorage, Alaska while on a cruise on Sept. 22, 2009.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Stancel (Dewar). He was the dear father of Craig of Vancouver, B.C., Christina of Toronto, Ont., and Sheldon (Margy) of Ottawa, Ont.; and proud grampa to Noah and Owen Lepinsky.
He also is survived by his brother, Stanley (Mary) of Thunder Bay, Ont.; sisters-in-law, Marion Lepinsky of Winnipeg, Man., Debbie (Terry) Reynolds of Chalk River, Ont., and Judy McGee of Thunder Bay, Ont.; and six nephews and one niece.
Andy was predeceased by his father, Anton (1958); mother, Mary (2002); and brothers, Jimmy (1972) and Walter (2007).
A visitation and reception were held Friday, Oct. 2 and Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009 in Arnprior.
The funeral service was held in the Boyce Chapel on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, followed by a luncheon in the Boyce Reception Centre.
