Sadly, the family announces the passing of Vivian O’Donnell (nee Oien), 91, of Fort Frances, Ont., on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016 at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances.
Funeral arrangements are pending and a complete obituary will follow.
