AILEEN FRASER

Aileen Fraser passed away peacefully at home on Friday, Oct. 14, 2011.
She was born in Bagot, Man. on August 14, 1916 to George and Mary Precious.
Aileen was married to Charles Fraser on Oct. 12, 1935 and then moved to Rainy River District, residing in Arbor Vitae before moving to Fort Frances, Ont. in 1944.
Aileen worked at the New Lunch Café and Twin Pines Café before starting employment at Rainycrest. She retired in 1982.
During her retirement years, she enjoyed bowling, and going to Bingo and the casinos. Knitting and crocheting took up her time when she was at home.
Aileen was predeceased by her husband, Charles; sister Muriel; son-in-law, Ned Gosselin; and grandson, Todd Gosselin.
She is survived by her son, Glenn (Irene); daughters, Dolores Fraser and Lorraine Gosselin (Allan); and sister, Marie (Harley) Pallister and family of Brandon, Man.
Also surviving are her grandchildren, Paul (Lori) Gosselin, Angela (Robert) Dokuchie, and Holly (Steve) Bruyere and step-grandchildren, Kelly and Brett; great-grandchildren, Victoria Gosselin, Joel Herbert, Jacob and Ashtyn Dokuchie, Julia and Dusten Foster, Nate Bruyere, Jennifer, Matthew, and Travis Maurice, Lisa (Jeff) Davis, and Courtney McMath, as well as four great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2001 at 11 a.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances.
A luncheon will follow at Knox United Church.
The pallbearers will be Paul Gosselin, Rob Dokuchie, Steve Bruyere, Joel Herbert, Jacob Dokuchie, and Dusten Foster.
