Dear editor:
In regards to the proposal to re-route traffic in Fort Frances, I noticed the town would have to resurface Second Street East because of the fact it would turn into a highway.
I am sure the final price tag would be in the millions.
With that being said, I am very curious as to how much longer the residents of Fort Frances are going to have to continue to beat their vehicles down such streets as Fifth Street West.
Personally, I think the town and its residents would be better off resurfacing streets that are in need of it—or is the town considering buying shares in companies that supply automotive front-end parts?
Thanks for the extra squeaks and rattles in my van and truck.

Chris Mounk
