Wrong focus

Dear sir:
As much as I support the idea of recreational facilities for young people in Fort Frances, I can’t wait to see this “$300,000 concrete bowl” fill up with glass and other detritus after the first couple of days.
I also hope the emergency room is ready for the extreme stunt-type injuries that will surely result.
And how long before Public Works feels the need to dig it up to fix a water line?
If the service groups wish to generously spend this much money, how about something that residents of all ages can use and enjoy?
