Worth a try

Dear sir,
I just attended my third Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship. I was just thinking wouldn’t it really be a nice world if we all could get along together like those anglers do that fish in the tournament.
They hail from both the United States and Canada, but they don’t seem to care what country they come from—they just want to catch some bass.
Now if we could just get our politicians to fish together, we might learn to get along. It’s worth a try anyway.
