Unsafe Situation

Dear Sir:
This is to inform you of an incident that took place on May 4 at 8:40 a.m. at Rainycrest Home for the Aged here.
The fire alarm went off at Rainycrest and there was no maintenance man or supervisor in the building. The residents were lucky there wasn’t a fire!
Because of cutbacks, there are times during the week, on certain days, that there is no maintenance in the building for a two-hour period (7-9 a.m., 7-9 p.m.) I feel this is a very unsafe situation for the residents and should be changed immediately.
