Dave and Jean Keith
Dear editor:
I am writing to you today, on behalf of my son, Duncan, as well as the other members of the Keith family that recently attended the Stanley Cup festivities in the Town of Fort Frances.
I would like to begin by thanking the mayor of the town, Roy Avis, as well as Larry Patrick and his organizing committee for putting on a super show for Duncan at the arena and acknowledgement of his achievements as a hockey player.
I can assure you the Keith family was humbled by this show of support for Duncan and genuine regard for our family in general. It was great reconnecting with many friends and hockey associates after all of these years.
Each and every member of the Keith family truly enjoyed their visit, and were overwhelmed with the kindness and appreciation that was demonstrated from all of the citizens of Fort Frances.
Fort Frances you can be proud of your community just as the Keith family is proud to have had shared their early roots with you.
Fort Frances is not only a hockey town, but a town that the Keiths are proud to have resided in for more than 12 years.
(Signed),
Dave and
Jean Keith
and family,
Penticton, B.C.
