Too many?

Dear sir:
I read the story about the new hotel in the newspaper.
I don’t think that we need a new hotel because we have many hotels/motels now. Plus, it might force some of our current hotels/motel out of business.
Then, what would the owners do without a business–a business that they worked so hard to establish?
