Dear sir:
The big concern some have over uninspected, locally-grown, and butchered meat hanging with government-inspected meat is not a big issue. This has been going on for years!
Really now, let’s think back, as far back as you can remember, just how long has this been going on? I’m guessing hundreds of years!
I personally would much rather buy a beef from a local farmer, whom we all know takes pride in what they raise, and have it prepared by our local abattoir, which also has a reputation of outstanding quality to uphold, and never have to worry about the meat’s condition and quality.
Small business owners rely on “word of mouth” for the future of their business. Face it, we all know bad news travels fast!
