Step aside

Dear sir:
So now, John Ossachuk is whining because he under bid Jim Gladu two or three years ago [to maintain the buoys on Rainy Lake].
Gladu did the job as bid. Ossachuk cannot do the job as the new
buoys are too heavy! Poor baby! Perhaps he should have read the specs.
Step aside, and let’s find a man (or woman) for this job.
