Regulate supply

Dear sir:
Re: “Police warn drugs may be tainted.”
Thank you for addressing the need for a regulated supply of untainted drugs for public consumption.
History shows that the use of mind-altering substances does not disappear with prohibition.
We are now able to get a safe supply of natural drugs such as nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol. Isn’t it time those same rules apply to marijuana?
