Dear editor:
Kudos to the Fort Frances Jr. Sabres for a valiant first-year effort. The team certainly improved and I know that next season will be even better.
It was wonderful to have so many players assemble in our community from other provinces in the country. Thanks to all the families who hosted them.
I’m sure they became one of your family and will miss you, but will return home with lots of great memories.
I’m also very proud of our own local players. To see our own area boys out there representing us does my heart good. Way to go, guys!
All of you should be very proud of your accomplishments. My personal thanks for bringing an added dimension to Fort Frances this past season.
I’m already looking forward to next season!
