Patricia Flinders (nee Hall), 60, of Rainycrest Home for the Aged, 550 Osborne St., Fort Frances, Ont., passed way Saturday, Dec. 26, 1998 at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances.
She was born Oct. 27, 1938 in Winnipeg, Man.
Patricia was a resident of Fort Frances and Summerland, B.C. for many happy years. In 1988, she returned to Fort Frances, where she has resided since.
She was predeceased by her parents, Henry and Esme Hall.
Patricia is survived by two daughters, Charmaine Botelho, and Aletha and husband, John Blake, all of Hamilton, Ont.; one son, Raymond, of Hamilton, Ont., two step-sons, Clay Flinders, and Jason Flinders and wife, Lori, all of Fort Frances, Ont.; one step-daughter, Melissa Flinders of Fort Frances, Ont.; and numerous grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
Also surviving are two sisters, Barbara and husband, Neil McClellan, of Crestline, Cal., and Esma and husband, Stanley Wilson, of Calgary, Atla.; one brother, Peter Hall and wife, Marlene, of Comox, B.C..; one aunt, Cecile Brooks, and several cousins in Toronto, Ont.; several nieces and nephews, and many friends and relatives in Fort Frances and Summerland whose support eased a long difficult illness, especially Irene, Orlow, and Melissa Flinders, and dear friend Sheila Javorsky.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Dec. 31, 1998 at 11 a.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances, with Rev. Garth Clifford officiating.
Interment will take place in Calgary, Alta. at a later date.
Honourary pallbearers will be Clay Flinders, Jason Flinders, and Melissa Flinders.
