Mixed up

Re: The Fort Frances Times of Jan, 26, 2005—“District farmers willing to test all cattle for BSE.”
Roger Griffiths, of the Ontario Cattlemen’s Association, stated, “There is so little risk of people getting BSE . . . only 150 people worldwide have had BSE.”
If Mr. Griffiths wishes to blame the media for misconceptions, he need look only to his own statement.
Last time I looked, the “B” in BSE means bovine. If he thinks a human can get BSE, I think he might be mooing in the wrong pasture.
