To the editor:
The Northern Therapeutic Riding Association would like to take this opportunity to thank the following riders who worked so hard to make sure the NORTRA horses are fed this winter.
They included Mandy Lahti, Denise Donaldson, Kirsten Shoemaker, Jim Zucchiatti, Jennifer Shoemaker, Phil Donald, Jessica Shoemaker, Carly Stuart, Grace MacGibbon, August McRae, and Jack Tynan (who we finally got on a horse!)
We also would like to give special thanks to Tammi’s Flower Garden, Central Metal Recovery, and an anonymous donor for prizes, Carey Delbridge from Safeway, Carol and Joe Kliner, and Lori Shoemaker for food, and Ed Lampi for allowing us to use his property for the “Freedom Ride.”
Thanks also go to Herb and Tammi Shoemaker for their support getting it all organized.
Special thanks go to the F.F. Times for their terrific coverage.
You all made it a very enjoyable day and we can’t begin to thank you enough!
