Maintaining garden

Dear sir:
We are writing with regards to the “Garden of Life” in front of the hospital, which was established to promote organ donor awareness.
The demand for organs for transplantation continues to be gar greater than the available supply. Consequently, we need to encourage everyone to say “yes” to organ donation.
In order to maintain the garden, which also has provided patients in the hospital with many pleasurable hours, we would ask you to consider contributions or memoriams to the garden.
A tax receipt will be provided if you direct it to the Riverside Foundation for Health Care re “Garden of Life.”
Because of the lack of water supply this year, the decision was made not to invest in any annual flowers. But with the help of all the wonderful volunteers, we still will be maintaining the garden as well as possible (though it will be sparse and, of course, not as colourful).
We thank all the supporters of the garden in the past, and look forward to new supporters in the future.
