Looking like garbage

Dear sir:
Along with the property beside me on the 600 block of Front Street, which the town purchased so some construction companies could use it, they also allowed these construction companies to use my boulevard.
After parking trailers and driving heavy equipment over top of it, they threw some peat moss over it and left it sit.
I’ve been after the town to get this fixed and after talking to Public Works in the spring, they assured me it would be put on the top of the list. Well, so far, all I’ve seen was a town crew come and cut the grass once so it would look good for the boat parade prior to the bass tournament in July.
So if anyone is wondering why I’m not cutting this grass, I can’t push a lawnmower over it. I’ve tried.
So until somebody restores this to the way it was before it was so generously offered to the construction companies to use, it will continue to look like garbage.
