Dear editor:
Kudos to the organizers of the “Métis Community Festival” held on Saturday at Sunny Cove Camp.
The Métis Fiddler Quartet are outstanding musicians and jiggers. Novice and experienced jiggers enjoyed participating.
The cultural activities, meanwhile, were varied and fun, with good participation. The displays were educational.
Last but not least, the feast was delicious. The whole event was very well-organized with a lot of attention to all the details.
We hope this festival is repeated in the near future.
