I was pleased and very interested to read the article in the Fort Frances Times last week on Wayne Lax, my brother, who is dedicated to many causes, one of which is “road safety.”
Thank you for publishing it and focusing on this very important issue.
Wayne’s courage to tell his story relating to shock therapy, and inappropriate treatment for depression and alcohol abuse, is inspiring, and I know firsthand the anguish he has suffered for so many years.
Now, free of any medication and alcohol use, he finally has a “voice.”
