Hearty thanks
Dear Mr. Editor:
On behalf of the Meals-on-Wheels committee, I would like to extend a sincere “thank you” to each and every one of our many volunteers who deliver the meals.
This thank you also is extended to the staff at Rainycrest, who prepare the meals and pack them in the containers for our volunteers to deliver.
Since this often is the only contact our recipients have with other people, it is a sure way to keep track of their situations.
To the organizations and private citizens who have contributed financially, we give them hearty thanks, too.
Recently, someone commented to me that the residents of Fort Frances are such generous and caring people, and we agree with them wholeheartedly.
