Healthy future

Dear editor:
If Fort Frances wants to be “re-invented,” it should start with becoming the first town in Northwestern Ontario to achieve “smoke-free” status.
This would be an economic boom for our area in that non-smoking yuppies would be drawn here for relaxation and investment purposes.
Our future begins by our community becoming health conscious in regards to lifestyle choices.

Editor’s note: Readers may recall that Mr. Gillon was pictured in the Times last week noting he was against a proposed anti-smoking bylaw. He said he has since changed his mind on the issue.
