Hats off!

Dear editor:
    May I say  our ninth-annual Chapple Days at the Both Farm north of Barwick have come and gone—with success!
    This is a huge undertaking by our friends, Joan and Steve Both and family of Barwick. They open their homestead, dating back to 1899, to visitors to celebrate Chapple Days and its heritage each year.
    I want to say to the Both family thank you so much for letting us be a part this little treasure of yours. We know it is a lot of work and worry until the celebrations are completed and you can breathe a sigh of relief.
    Thanks to all who helped, donated, and attended. And to those who missed this event, do plan on attending next year—it is worth the time!
    Hats off to Joan and Steve and family for a job well-done!
    The Chapple Heritage Committee is grateful to be able to work together planning events to help keep our museum operating in Barwick.
