Hayden Beckett
Dear Mr. Editor:
My name is Hayden Beckett. I am writing to thank all of my coaches from IP1 Timbits hockey.
I had a great time in my first season. The coaches and parent volunteers made my first season of hockey amazing!
I had a coach who worked with me one-on-one for the first few nights teaching me how to get up off the ice. Then there was a coach who taught me how to make a tape ball (by the end of the season, my tape ball was huge!)
We also had a coach who came out of retirement to help organize our practices and help me learn everything from “T starts” to turns around pylons. Finally, mothers who volunteered to organize our events and helped organize our jamboree!
I had a great time this year! I can’t wait for next season!
