Dear editor:
On behalf of the “Friends” and staff of the Fort Frances Museum, I would like to thank everyone who attended and participated in the sixth-annual fundraising gala at the museum on Nov. 2.
Your generous support of museum projects is greatly appreciated.
As a result, we have taken a giant step forward in our efforts to have the historic “Owandem” work boat refurbished.
Once again, you have proven that Fort Frances is number-one when it comes to community support.
Thank you to all the businesses and individuals who donated items for auction, the loan of materials needed to hold the event, and your valuable time.
We hope to see you all at our 2018 gala!
