Dear sir:
On Thursday, Nov. 12, my husband and I were fortunate enough to receive our H1N1 shots at the local health unit.
Due to our scheduling problems, we had to attend at different times.
The wait was long for each of us, as were the lines of people wanting the vaccine, but we both were amazed at the extra effort that the health unit staff was providing.
The staff was well-organized and extremely efficient. They actually tried to make the wait more enjoyable by their happy and attentive behaviour.
At each station, we were met with people trying to make our experience enjoyable.
Kudos to all of you for going the extra mile on Thursday, and thank you for providing such exemplary service to our community.
