Exhibit ‘A’

Dear editor:
At a time when victims of tobacco products are aggressively and successfully using a multi-billion-dollar tobacco industry, I can’t imagine why any province, school board, or college would expose itself to an equally aggressive court action.
The article, “Battle over smoking smoldering at college,” in last Wednesday’s Fort Frances Times would be an excellent exhibit in any victim lawsuit.
I feel strongly that the smoking victim or his/her survivors would stand a very good chance of winning that lawsuit.
