To the editor:
I listened to the town council meeting April 9 on TV and the mayor, at that time, stated NORA was authorized $2 per capita on recycle pick-up.
In Wednesday’s Fort Frances Times (dated April 11), it states that $10 per capita was authorized to NORA.
Who is the one to believe? The mayor or the Fort Frances Times? Please clarify.

Editor’s note: According to reporter Jack Tynan, town council authorized a $2 per capita increase to NORA, which brings the total per capita fee for 2001 to $10.
