Dear sir:
I am seeking historical information and possibly photographs of a 1947 Packard Super Clipper four-door touring sedan automobile which I recently purchased and am restoring.
The car was delivered to Wright Motors of Winnipeg, Man. in March, 1947.
The earliest information I currently have is that it was purchased by Albin Persson of Christie Avenue in Fort Frances in March, 1955 for the sum of $575. The car subsequently was purchased by Mr. James Witherspoon in the 1970s (or possibly earlier) and owned by him until recently.
The car originally was painted a light blue and has a cloth interior.
I would appreciate any and all information and photos of this car as well as its original or subsequent owners during its early years. I believe the car was owned and operated in the Fort Frances area until I purchased the car.
