Boorish behaviour

Dear editor:
As members of the community, we enjoy viewing events that support the activities in our area. However, it is with great disappointment that I write this letter.
My husband, sister, brother-in-law, and I attended our first Borderland Thunder game of the year, in which a “fan” threw a cup of hot chocolate on the fans seated below him.
This action, which was an obvious example of a lack of “anger management,” was pathetic and the individual did not even step forward to apologize or admit to it.
I believe this individual should think twice about behaving in such a poor manner. What kind of example are you setting for others?
Remember, we teach people how to treat us and someday this type of behaviour may be returned.
Sincerely,
Dianne Faragher
