Dear editor,
We appreciate the police.
We do not want the police to be defunded. That’s what happened in 1933 in Germany. And then the Brown Shirts went out to do their dirty work among the citizens – killing, robbing, destroying and other atrocities.
A number of years ago we lived in a major city in Canada. At 2:00 one night a man in his drunken rage attempted to get into our house. A simple call to the police brought them quickly. We watched as the police humanely and carefully took away the would-be attacker.
We continue to pray for our police as they patrol the streets, the roads and the land.
God bless Canada, the true North, strong and free!
