A question

Dear editor,
On June 1, the Smoke-Free Ontario legislation comes into effect, banning smoking in all enclosed workplaces and enclosed public places.
It begs the question: Will it be against the law for a trucker to smoke in the cab of his 18-wheeler while driving in the province of Ontario?
