Our community welcomes the Schraa family to our area. Dave and Ceri along with their children Mac, Grace and Taylor have recently purchased the farm of Larry and Linda Lamb. The family will be the Purity Seed Ltd distributors, taking that over from Larry Lamb. The family is moving from north of Calgary.
We hope they are happy and grow to love our area.
Larry and Linda will be residing in their new lake home in Nestor Falls. We wish them a happy life there. And tributes to your many years living a productive, giving life in our community.
Happy 60th. birthday to Ralph Galusha. Ralph turned sixty on May 1. May you enjoy many more years.
Happy to report Craig and Della McQuaker have purchased a home in Fort Frances’ north end and will be moving back to the District upon Craig’s retirement. Craig and Della lived on Cemetery Rd. for many years and were great neighbours. Although Craig’s retirement is still a ways off, many will be happy to see their return.
