Sadly the Emo area (plus the district) has seen the passing of three long time, kind, diligent to their community and productive people.

The passing of Jane Allen, Lyle Gill and Mel Jack saddens the hearts of their families and many, many friends

Jane will always be remembered for her diligent hours of labour at the Emo Legion, Mel operating a successful well operations business and bringing revenue abs employment to the area , and Lyle a kind man that made the best Cesar drink you ever hope for. These three definitely left their mark on our community, and especially their family and friends.
