The “Spring Tea and Bake Sale” which was held at the Church of the Holy Spirit this past Saturday was deemed a huge success by the organizers.

Those serving were pleased with the attendance of so many people from across the district.

Those in charge of the bake sale table would also like to thank everyone from the community who contributed baking.

Your help and support contributed greatly to the success of the event.

Funds raised will go to the Mission and Service Committee for use in the community and beyond.

The organizers were very pleased with the number of musicians at the last “Jam” and with the number of enthusiastic dancers.

Everyone in attendance had a great time. So if you love to dance or just sit and listen to some old time country music, please watch for further announcements or check the bulletin board at the post office. Entrance to the jam is only $2.

The kitchen staff will only be too glad to fix you a snack to go along with the adult refreshments which will be available from the bar.
