Toy/food drives
The Muskie Boys hockey team will hold heir Teddy Toss Game tonight against the St Thomas Aquinas Saints. Bring a stuffy to toss on the ice after the team’s first goal, with all stuffies collected going towards the UNFC.
The Bargain Shop will be holding their Fill-A-Sleigh event on Saturday, December 11. The event will wrap up the store’s annual month-long toy drive, with donated toys being split between the Salvation Army and UNFC. A sleigh will be in front of the store on Scott Street to accept donations of new and unwrapped toys.
The Fort Frances Lakers will be holding a toy drive, December 10 from 6-8 p.m. Drop off your new, unwrapped toy at the Memorial Sports Centre lobby before the game! All donations will go to the UNFC Adopt-a-family program.
A Christmas Hamper Drive will take place December 11 from noon to 4 p.m., at Cloverleaf Grocery in Emo. The drive is being organized by the RedRum Motorcycle Club, Treaty 3 chapter. Rainycrest Long term Care has its Christmas Tree of Giving up and available. Stop by the foyer and choose an ornament; each one represents a resident, complete with gender and basic details. Choose a gift and return it with the tag to be distributed by the big guy himself, to residents who would otherwise not get one.

The Right Relations Circle meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Fort Frances Museum & Cultural Centre at 10 a.m. – EVERYONE WELCOME.
