Registration for winter indoor soccer– Registration for the Fort Frances Youth Soccer Winter session is now open at ffys.goalline.ca. Register from a computer, not a mobile device, if possible, to avoid glitches. Runs from Jan. 16 through March 8, 2023 on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Robert Moore School. Choose Monday night, Wednesday night, or both. There are 30 spots available in each age group. Ages 5-7 will run from 6-7 pm and Ages 8-13 will run from 7-8:30 pm. No session on Family Day. Men’s hockey day– Jan 21 2-9 p.m. NHL games on the big screen, air hockey, table hockey, All day snacks and Giveaways. Hockey night feast at 6 p.m. at New Beginnings Fellowship 1301 Mill Rd. Fort Frances. Tickets $15, 16 and under $10.

The Rainycrest Tuck Shop is accepting donations– The Tuck Shop is open to residents, family, staff and visitors. We could use large stuffed bears, men’s and ladies’ slippers, socks, hats, personal care items and items for residents to place on their night stands or wall/ door décor as well as gift items and knick knacks. Donations can be dropped inside the main entrance labelled ATTN: Gary Tuck Shop.
