Duane Hicks Crews began digging behind the Fort Frances Courthouse last week to install a new watermain before winter sets in. The courthouse’s watermain broke back in June. The primary contractor is Pryde’s Plumbing and Heating, with Tom Veert Contracting Ltd. on board as a subcontractor.
