Lindsay Campbell Fort High student Carleigh Ford peered out of a life-size “bowling ball” during the annual “chem-free” grad party last night. Activities included human bowling, blow-up jousting and boxing, and bungee cord races.
Cameron Penney St. Michael’s student Ben Wielinga, along with parents, Chris and Tammy, celebrated the end of the school year with a barbecue lunch there yesterday. After enjoying a meal, students took part in a variety of activities, such as potato sack races and blowing bubbles.
Duane Hicks Ruth Caldwell checked out the exhibit to mark the 50th anniversary of the Noden Causeway during an opening reception yesterday at the Fort Frances Museum. About 60 people attended the wine-and-cheese event, which also featured speeches from dignitaries. The exhibit runs through the end of the August.
