Sam Odrowski Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre CEO Caroline Goulding checked out the thyme, sage, and lavender plants there yesterday morning. The plants are being grown with seeds from the “seed library,” a free seasonal exchange program in which residents can access and/or donate properly-cured seeds.
